Festival and Race Weekends
Austin's biggest weekends share one problem: thousands of people leave the same place at the same moment. COTA sits in open country southeast of the city, with a handful of access roads. Zilker Park and Downtown close streets for ACL Fest and SXSW. A pre-booked chauffeur does not get you through closures, but you know exactly where your car will be and who is driving it. That beats searching for a surge-priced ride at midnight.
Before every festival or race weekend we check the official traffic and pickup guidance, then send you a clear meeting point. When the event ends, your chauffeur is already staged there and tracking your messages, so you walk to the car instead of waiting in a pickup queue.
Tech Campuses and Corporate Travel
Austin's employers are spread out. There are offices Downtown and at The Domain, large campuses along the northwest corridor toward Round Rock, and manufacturing sites on the east side near SH-130, including Tesla's Gigafactory Texas a few miles from the airport. Visiting teams often need a car that can link all of them in one day.

Longhorns Game Days and Campus Visits
On a home football Saturday the area around Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium fills with more than 100,000 fans, and streets near campus close hours before kickoff. We drop you outside the closure line at a point agreed in advance, and after the game the chauffeur waits at a meeting spot a short walk away instead of joining the queue on San Jacinto Boulevard.
Families touring UT, parents on move-in weekend and visiting faculty book cars all year, often combining an AUS pickup with a West Campus hotel and a dinner on South Congress. An SUV gives room for dorm boxes and suitcases.

- I-35 through central Austin is under major reconstruction. Allow extra time between Downtown and North Austin, especially at weekday rush hours.
- For COTA race weekends and ACL Fest, book as early as you book your tickets. Cars and road access are both limited.
- Hill Country winery days work best as hourly service. Your chauffeur drives, so everyone can taste.
- Austin was not a FIFA World Cup 2026 host city. Match travelers usually connected through Dallas or Houston.
