2. Reservations and Cancellations

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. We require a minimum notice period for cancellations to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the reservation.

3. Service Conduct

We pride ourselves on providing a safe and luxurious experience. Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Smoking, illegal drug use, and carrying weapons are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. We reserve the right to terminate the service immediately without refund if a passenger violates these rules.

4. Liability

While we strive to ensure timely arrivals, Luxury Ride Pro is not liable for delays caused by severe weather, unexpected traffic conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any personal items left in our vehicles.

5. Pricing and Payments

Rates are determined by distance, vehicle type, and duration of service. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, tolls, and parking. Payment must be secured prior to the commencement of service using a valid credit card.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
